【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesthespecificationsandproceduresforusingtheH-pointmachine(HPM)1)toauditvehicleseatingpositions.TheHPMisaphysicaltoolusedtoestablishkeyreferencepointsandmeasurementsinavehicle.TheH-pointdesigntool(HPD)isasimplifiedcomputer-aideddesign(CAD)2)versionoftheHPM,whichcanbeusedinconjunctionwiththeHPMtotaketheoptionalmeasurementsspecifiedinthisInternationalStandard,orusedindependentlyduringproductdesign.TheseH-pointdevicesprovideamethodforreliablelayoutandmeasurementofoccupantseatingcompartmentsorseats.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestheproceduresforinstallingtheH-pointmachine(HPM)andusingtheHPMtoaudit(verify)keyreferencepointsandmeasurementsinavehicle.Thedevicesareintendedforapplicationatdesignatedseatingpositions.Theyarenottobeconstruedastoolsthatmeasureorindicateoccupantcapabilitiesorcomfort.Theyarenotintendedforuseindefiningorassessingtemporaryseating,suchasfoldingjumpseats.
