【摘要】:Thethermalconductivityofinsulatingfirebrick(IFB)isapropertyrequiredfortheselectionofIFBforaspecificthermalperformance.Usersselectbricktoprovideaspecifiedheat-lossandcold-facetemperaturewithoutexceedingthetemperaturelimitationofthebrick.Thistestmethodestablishesplacementofthermocouplesandthepositioningoftestsamplesinthecalorimeter.ThistestmethodmustbeusedwithTestMethodC201.1.1ThistestmethodsupplementsTestMethodC201,andshallbeusedinconjunctionwiththattestmethodtodeterminethethermalconductivityofinsulatingfirebrick.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftheaircontentoffreshlymixedconcrete.Thetestdeterminestheaircontentoffreshlymixedconcreteexclusiveofanyairthatmayexistinsidevoidswithinaggregateparticles.Forthisreason,itisapplicabletoconcretemadewithrelativelydenseaggregateparticlesandrequiresdeterminationoftheaggregatecorrectionfactor(see6.1and10.1).ThistestmethodandTestMethodC138/C138MandC173/C173Mprovidepressure,gravimetric,andvolumetricprocedures,respectively,fordeterminingtheaircontentoffreshlymixedconcrete.Thepressureprocedureofthistestmethodgivessubstantiallythesameaircontentsastheothertwotestmethodsforconcretesmadewithdenseaggregates.Theaircontentofhardenedconcretemaybeeitherhigherorlowerthanthatdeterminedbythistestmethod.Thisdependsuponthemethodsandamountofconsolidationeffortappliedtotheconcretefromwhichthehardenedconcretespecimenistaken;uniformityandstabilityoftheairbubblesinthefreshandhardenedconcrete;accuracyofthemicroscopicexamination,ifused;timeofcomparison;environmentalexposure;stageinthedelivery,placementandconsolidationprocessesatwhichtheaircontentoftheunhardenedconcreteisdetermined,thatis,beforeoraftertheconcretegoesthroughapump;andotherfactors.1.1Thistestmethodcoversdeterminationoftheaircontentoffreshlymixedconcretefromobservationofthechangeinvolumeofconcretewithachangeinpressure.1.2ThistestmethodisintendedforusewithconcretesandmortarsmadewithrelativelydenseaggregatesforwhichtheaggregatecorrectionfactorcanbesatisfactorilydeterminedbythetechniquedescribedinSection6.Itisnotapplicabletoconcretesmadewithlightweightaggregates,air-cooledblast-furnaceslag,oraggregatesofhighporosity.Inthesecases,TestMethodC173/C173Mshouldbeused.Thistestmethodisalsonotapplicabletononplasticconcretesuchasiscommonlyusedinthemanufactureofpipeandconcretemasonryunits.1.3Thetextofthistestmethodreferencesnotesandfootnotesthatprovideexplanatoryinformation.Thesenotesandfootnotes(excludingthoseintablesandfigures)shallnotbeconsideredasrequirementsofthisstandard.1.4ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.(WarningFreshhydrauliccementitiousmixturesarecausticandmaycausechemicalburnstoskinandtissueuponprolongedexposure.)
