【摘要】:ThispartofEN10246specifiesrequirementsfortheultrasonictestingoftheareaadjacenttotheweldofweldedsteeltubesforthedetectionoflaminarimperfections.Thestandardspecifiesacceptancelevelsandcalibrationprocedures.NOTE:Thisinspectionmayalternatively,inaccordancewithEN10246-15,becarriedoutonlongitudinaledgesofstrip/plate(usedinthemanufactureofweldedtubes)intheflatformpriortoseamwelding.ElectricweldedtubesmayalternativelybeinspectedinaccordancewithEN10246-14assumingthatthescanningcoverageusedissufficienttodetecttheminimumimperfectionlengthgivenintable1.ThispartofEN10246isapplicabletotheinspectionofweldedtubeswithanoutsidediametergreaterthan30mm.Nolowerlimitofwallthicknessisspecifiedbutseenotein4.1.EuropeanStandardEN10246,Non-destructivetestingofsteeltubes,comprisesthepartsshowninAnnexA.
