【摘要】:Thissupplementappliesforrollingbearingsinoil-lubricatedclosedindustrialgearunits.Itdoesnotcontainanystandardizedspecifications;instead,itdescribesinformatively,usingexamples,how,inthemodifiedratinglifecalculationforrollingbearingsaccordingtoDINISO281,thelevelofcontaminationofthelubricationor,inthemodifiedreferencelifecalculationaccordingtoISO/TS16281,thepurityclassoftheoilcaneachbeestimatedasafunctionofmeasurestokeepthegearunitsclean.ThedegreeofcontaminationshouldbeappliedinconnectionwiththeprocedureforthecalculationofthemodifiedratinglifeLnmspecifiedinDINISO281accordingtoTable13.TheoilpurityclassshouldbeusedinconnectionwiththeprocedureforthecalculationofthemodifiedreferenceworkinglifeLnmspecifiedinISOFFS16281inaccordancewithDINISO281,FiguresA.1toA.9.Thefollowingaspectsaretobetakenintoconsideration:--Cleanlinessoftheinteriorofthegearunitandtheinternalcomponentsaftergearassembly;--Cleanlinessofthelubricantcirculationsystem;--Cleanlinessofthegearoiloninitialfillingandalllaterfillings;--Screeningoftheinteriorofthegearunit,thebearingsandthelubricantcirculationsystemtopreventpenetrationbycontaminants;--Removaloffrictionparticlesfromtheoilduringthegearrunning-inphaseandlateroperationthroughoilfiltering,particleseparatorsand/orregularoilchangesoroilcleaning.Themoreeffortismade,fromdesignthroughassembly,trialruns,installation,commissioning,running-inphaseandoperationtomaintenanceandrepair,tokeepthegearunitfreefromcontaminants,thelongerthelifeoftherollingbearingscanbeexpectedtobe.Inparticular,itisrecommendedthat,ifthegearunitisusedinsurroundingswithahighlycontaminatingeffect,thebearingpointsoftheconnectionshaftsareprotectedbyspecialdesignmeasuresagainstthepenetrationofdirtparticles.Forfurthermeasures,seeClause8.
