【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61000isconcernedwithconducteddisturbancesinthefrequencyrangefrom0kHzto9kHz,withanextensionupto148,5kHzspecificallyformainssignallingsystems.Itgivescompatibilitylevelsforpublicmediumvoltagea.c.distributionsystemshavinganominalvoltagebetween1kVand35kVandanominalfrequencyof50Hzor60Hz(seeIEC60038).Compatibilitylevelsarespecifiedforelectromagneticdisturbancesofthetypeswhichcanbeexpectedinpublicmediumvoltagepowersupplysystems,forguidancein:a)thelimitstobesetfordisturbanceemissionintopublicpowersupplysystems(includingtheplanninglevelsdefinedin3.1.5);b)theimmunitylimitstobesetbyproductcommitteesandothersfortheequipmentexposedtotheconducteddisturbancespresentinpublicpowersupplysystems.Thedisturbancephenomenaconsideredare:·voltagefluctuationsandflicker;·harmonicsuptoandincludingorder50;·inter-harmonicsuptothe50harmonic;·voltagedistortionsathigherfrequencies(above50harmonic);·voltagedipsandshortsupplyinterruptions;·voltageunbalance;·transientovervoltages;·powerfrequencyvariation;·d.c.components;·mainssignalling.MostofthesephenomenaaredescribedinIEC61000-2-1.Incaseswhereitisnotyetpossibletoestablishcompatibilitylevels,someinformationisprovided.Themedium-voltagesystemscoveredbythisstandardarepublicdistributionsystemssupplyingeither:a)privateinstallationsinwhichequipmentisconnecteddirectlyorthroughtransformers,orb)substationsfeedingpubliclow-voltagedistributionsystems.Thecompatibilitylevelsspecifiedinthisstandardapplyatthepointofcommoncouplinginthecaseof(a)andatthemedium-voltageterminalsofthesubstationinthecaseof(b).SeeClause4.
