【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricroomheatersforhouseholdandsimilarpurposes,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250Vforsingle-phaseappliancesand480Vforotherappliances.NOTE101Examplesofappliancesthatarewithinthescopeofthisstandardare–convectorheaters;–fanheaters;–heatersforuseingreenhouses.–liquid-filledradiators;–panelheaters;–radiantheaters;–tubularheaters;–ceilingmountedheatlampappliances.Forextractionfansofceilingmountedheatlampappliances,IEC60335-2-80isapplicableasfarasisreasonable.Appliancesnotintendedfornormalhouseholdusebutwhichneverthelessmaybeasourceofdangertothepublic,suchasappliancesintendedtobeusedbylaymenintheshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyapplianceswhichareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneral,itdoesnottakeintoaccount–persons(includingchildren)whose??physical,sensoryormentalcapabilities;or??lackofexperienceandknowledgepreventsthemfromusingtheappliancesafelywithoutsupervisionorinstruction;–childrenplayingwiththeappliance.NOTE102Attentionisdrawntothefactthat–forappliancesintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary;–inmanycountriesadditionalrequirementsarespecifiedbythenationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabourandsimilarauthorities;–forappliancesintendedtobeusedinthepresenceofcombustibledust,forexampleinbarnsorstables,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary.NOTE103Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto–appliancesintendedexclusivelyforindustrialpurposes;–appliancesintendedtobeusedwherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofacorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(dust,vapourorgas);–heatersthatarebuiltintoairconditioners(IEC60335-2-40);–clothesdryersandtowelrails(IEC60335-2-43);–heatersforsaunas(IEC60335-2-53);–thermal-storageroomheaters(IEC60335-2-61);–heatingappliancesforbreedingandrearinganimals(IEC60335-2-71);–footwarmersandheatingmats(IEC60335-2-81);–flexiblesheetheatingelementsforroomheating(IEC60335-2-96);–heatedcarpets;–centralheatingsystems;–heatingcables(IEC60800).
